College of Culinary Arts

  1. Utensiless Cooking (2 hr class).. Come and learn the fine art of cooking over an open fire without the use of modern cooking gear. This class will be taught from 8:00 to 9:50 and 10:00 to 11:50
  1. Beginning Dutch Oven (2 hr class). This is the class for the person who is just learning how to use a dutch oven…From easy to multiple ingredient meals. This class will be taught from 8:00 to 9:50 and 10:00 to 11:50
  1. Dutch Oven Breakfast (2 hr class). Want some new ideas on how to start your day? Then this is the class for you. This class will be taught from 8:00 to 9:50 and 10:00 to 11:50 Your instructor is Mike Denmen. We need a youth
  1. Advanced Dutch Oven (2 hr class). This is the class for those who want to learn a little fancier way to impress those you serve. This class will be taught from 8:00 to 9:50 and 10:00 to 11:50 Your Instructors are Don and Doug Hall we need a youth
  1. Dutch Oven Desserts (2 hr class). Desserts from simple to elaborate. This class can make you a premier dessert chef. This class will be taught from 8:00 to 9:50 and 10:00 to 11:50 Your instructors are Mike and Kerry Done.. Youth instructor is Navar Black
  1. Backpacking Foods. This is the class to make an outdoor experience fun. No fee This class will be taught from 8:00 to 8:50, 9:00 to 9:50 and 10:00 to 10:50 Your Instructors are Dave Olsen and Robert Hughes. Youth Instructor is being contacted

 All classes that will be cooking food have a $5 charge not covered by registration.
